This tab is not where you build your meal plan, but rather view it all at once.  It is handy when seeing which days you are eating what meals and to help you mix and match your foods, or make sure you're not eating too much of one food every single day (ex. tuna has a lot of mercury).  The Wk Summary tab is also very helpful while you are in the kitchen meal prepping.  It becomes a handy reference while you portion out your foods into daily meal containers.
